Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we typically process and dispatch it within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 5–7 business days depending on your location within India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment
  • Free shipping may be applicable on orders above a specified order value, as indicated on the Website

Delivery Issues, Delays & Lost Parcels

We partner with reliable courier and logistics services to ensure your orders are delivered safely. However, Bubble Blush is not a shipping carrier and cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
Please write to us at bubbleblushsales@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. After this window, courier companies typically close the case and we may be unable to raise a dispute or offer a resolution. Bubble Blush cannot be held responsible for parcels claimed as delivered if we are not notified within this period.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives in a visibly damaged condition:

  1. Record a clear, unedited unboxing video the moment you open the package
  2. Email the video to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at bubbleblushsales@gmail.com
  3. We will review the case and raise a claim with our logistics partner

Damage claims reported after 48 hours cannot be processed as courier companies do not accept late claims. We regret that we will be unable to issue refunds or replacements in such cases.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our beauty and skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. All sales are considered final to ensure product hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at bubbleblushsales@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Product Appearance

Bubble Blush products are handcrafted in small batches, and as a result, no two products are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, texture, design, or finish are natural and expected — they are a characteristic of artisanal beauty products, not a defect.

Product photographs on our Website are taken under controlled lighting to best represent the item. However, minor differences in appearance may exist between the product image and what you receive. We do not consider these to be defects or grounds for a return.

Patch Test Reminder

We are a beauty brand, not medical professionals. We do not claim that our products treat, cure, or improve any medical or skin condition. The primary purpose of our products is skincare and personal care.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount on the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. If you notice any irritation, redness, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
